MADELEINES €10These little treats are delicious. Lemon scented soft sponge with a light crust and tender crumb. The characteristic of Madeleines is their bump in the centre which gives them their typical notoriety as well as the shell like indentations. One batch yields 24 Madeleines
GOLDEN NECTARINE TORTE €12
A simple yet satisfying cake. A combination of vanilla, almond and nutmeg amongst juicy nectarines gives this cake its wonderful aroma. The cake is dense, yet buttery and soft, perfect for holding the fruit! The sugar sprinkled on top gives it the right crustiness to hold a scoop of icecream or a dollop of cream when served. Serves 8 to 10
Fresh and crumbly cinnamon flavoured cookies with little pieces of chopped pecans. Lovely as a teatime treat or crumbled over icecream. Makes 12 cookies.
A wonderfully smooth, rich, velvety, chocolate flavour. Intense but not overpowering. This cheesecake is luscious.

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE (in season only) €22
This cheesecake has a lovely creamy centre mixed with an abundance of fresh strawberries. It is fresh and fruity and full of strawberries. The perfect ending to a great meal. Serves 10
HAZELNUT & RICOTTA TORTE €16
Beautifully moist and light cake. Delicious served with Frangelico liqueur. It is made with Piemonte hazelnuts.
I would recommend this cake as a teatime treat but it works just as well as a dessert. Serves 8 to 10
STEFANIA'S SIGNATURE CHOCOLATE COOKIES €15
These are totally chocolate, chocolate cookies. They are made with three types of chocolate. Their flavour is rich and you can feel the chocolate chips under your teeth as you bite into them and savour them. My friend described these as "the mother of all chocolate cookies". One batch makes 15 good sized cookies and they keep for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CAKE €20
A rich, intensely chocolate cake that is the perfect dinner party dessert. Made with fabulous chocolate and pistachios.
Serve the cake with whipped cream or vanilla icecream for a dazzling finish. Serves 10
DULCE DE LECHE BROWNIES €12
The ultimate decadence. A marvelous combination of homemade toffee drizzled into a rich chocolate mixture then baked until just moist enough to melt in the mouth when eaten. Cuts into 16 squares.
Cannoli are traditionally filled with ricotta. However i have devised some new interesting fillings namely pistacchio and chocolate cream as well as ricotta. These cannoli come in batches of 14 pieces.
These little almond treats are perfect at teatime and also serve as great petits fours.
One batch yields 15 to 18 biscuits.
HEART SHAPED CAKE €12This cake is ideal for a special occasion! Two moist, soft cakes sandwiched together with chocolate cream or jam and cream. The cake may also be made round for any other day and dusted with icing sugar. Serves 8 to 10

These small, delicate biscuits originate from Piemonte in the north of Italy. They are fragrant, crumbly and are held together by a generous spread of chocolate which makes them all the more attractive and appetizing. One batch makes 14 pieces
MUFFINS €10 (with icing €12)A wonderful treat ideal for any occasion. These muffins are
filled with toffee, chocolate or jam. Icing is done on request.

This lemon cheesecake has a pleasant mousse like consistency which renders it particularly light. The lemons add freshness to it making it a great dessert for any occasion. Serves 8 to 10
